1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

4. Liability

RoatanCaribbean acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities.
