What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Do you provide transportation?
Yes, round-trip transportation from most major hotels and cruise ports in Roatan is included in most tours.
What should I bring on a snorkeling tour?
Bring a swimsuit, biodegradable sunscreen, a towel, a hat, sunglasses, and dry clothes. All snorkeling gear is provided.
Are your tours family-friendly?
Absolutely! We have tours for children of all ages. Some activities like ziplining have age and weight restrictions.
What happens if it rains?
Most tours operate rain or shine. If weather is unsafe, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.
